Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates for technical roles across software development, data science, and cybersecurity
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate criteria
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and diversity initiatives
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record in remote hiring
- Deep understanding of Mesa's tech ecosystem and talent landscape
- Expertise in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) and applicant tracking
- Strong knowledge of technical stacks (Python, AWS, React, etc.)
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
