Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical roles (Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists)
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market analysis
- Conduct in-depth technical interviews while collaborating with hiring managers on assessment criteria
- Develop and nurture relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Leverage ATS and recruitment marketing tools to optimize hiring workflows
- Analyze recruitment metrics and implement data-driven improvements to hiring processes
- Partner with HR and department heads to shape talent acquisition strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven success in engineering roles
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Strong technical aptitude to evaluate candidates for complex technical positions
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or equivalent preferred
- Experience with remote recruitment best practices and virtual interviewing
- Track record of building diverse, high-performing technical teams
