Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies and build talent pipelines for technical roles
- Source and engage passive candidates through advanced sourcing techniques and industry networks
- Conduct comprehensive technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate capabilities
- Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to position NexusTech as a top employer
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Analyze recruitment metrics and implement data-driven improvements to hiring processes
- Collaborate with HR team to enhance candidate experience and diversity initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with a focus on software engineering roles
- Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates using Boolean strings and professional networks
- Deep understanding of technical stacks (Python, React, cloud technologies, etc.)
- Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) and recruitment analytics
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence hiring leaders
- Track record of hiring for high-growth startups or tech enterprises
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Certification in Technical Recruiting (e.g., CTS) preferred
