Responsibilities
- Source and screen technical candidates for software engineering, data science, and DevOps roles in San Antonio's tech market
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at local tech startups and enterprises

- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely placements through our daily payment system

Qualifications
- 2+ years of technical recruiting experience with proven placement record

- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close placements efficiently
