Responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview, and close high-quality candidates for technical and engineering roles using various channels (LinkedIn, Boolean search, networking).
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition intake to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and pipeline reporting metrics.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools efficiently to track candidate progress.
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews, providing constructive feedback to both candidates and hiring teams.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Deep knowledge of Boolean search techniques and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
