Responsibilities
- Sourcing and engaging passive and active candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, GitHub, and professional networks.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, from requisition to offer acceptance.
- Conducting virtual screeners and coordinating technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
- Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidates and maintain data accuracy.
- Providing an exceptional candidate experience during the hiring process.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting for Software Engineering, IT, or Engineering roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of the San Diego tech market and remote hiring trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field is preferred.
