Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive technical candidates across Phoenix's tech hubs
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for senior software engineering roles
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies leveraging LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech forums
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments for mid-to-senior level positions
- Optimize recruitment funnel metrics including time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS (Greenhouse)
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience with a focus on engineering roles
- Proven track record of closing 15+ technical roles in 90-day cycles
- Expert knowledge of Phoenix's tech talent landscape and competitive landscape
- Strong technical aptitude to evaluate candidates across Python, Java, and cloud technologies
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Experience with remote recruitment tools and virtual interview platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
