As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will own the recruitment lifecycle for our most critical engineering and product roles. Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for mid-to-senior level technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, Product Management).
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social recruiting.
- Manage the candidate pipeline, conduct technical screeners, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Build strong relationships with passive candidates and provide an exceptional candidate experience.
- Collaborate with department heads to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing channels and improve time-to-hire.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably within the software or tech industry.
- Proven success in placing high-level technical talent (Engineering, DevOps, etc.).
- Expert proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and technical skill sets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
