Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps, and QA).
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean search strategies to identify passive candidates.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Manage the candidate pipeline from requisition to offer acceptance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Build a strong talent network within the Midwest tech ecosystem.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting (SaaS, IT, or Engineering preferred).
- Demonstrated success in closing roles and managing a high volume of requisitions.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and sourcing tools.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
