Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Conduct deep-dive technical searches using Boolean logic and advanced ATS tools to identify top-tier candidates for engineering, data science, and product roles.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build long-term talent pipelines for immediate and future openings.
- Screening & Interviewing: Execute phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- SEO & Optimization: Manage and optimize our LinkedIn Company Page and job board profiles to improve organic reach and applicant quality.
- Closing: Negotiate offers, manage the candidate experience, and secure high-quality talent for immediate start dates.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends in San Antonio and California to advise clients on compensation and talent availability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to work from San Antonio, TX (Remote-friendly).
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of full-stack development stacks (React, Node.js, Python, AWS) and data engineering tools.
- Tools: Proficient in modern Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to negotiate offers.
- SEO Knowledge: Basic to intermediate understanding of SEO principles as applied to recruitment marketing.
