Role Overview:
As a Technical Recruiter at Nexus Talent Solutions, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier talent in the tech industry. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and build a pipeline of qualified candidates. Your role is pivotal in helping us scale our operations and deliver exceptional results for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting for software engineering, data science, and product roles using various sourcing strategies and social platforms.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates through networking, Boolean search, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Conduct phone screens, technical interviews, and behavioral assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, success metrics, and interview processes.
- Negotiate offers and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Utilize data analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
- Stay current with industry trends and labor market insights in the Seattle tech ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition, specifically within the software and IT sectors.
- Demonstrated success in filling hard-to-fill technical positions and managing a full-cycle recruitment process.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (for occasional on-site client meetings).
