Our Technical Recruiters are the face of our company. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing passive candidates on LinkedIn to closing high-value deals. Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Sifting: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strategies to identify and engage high-quality technical candidates for open roles.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide market insights.
- Offer Management: Guide candidates through the offer process, ensuring a smooth transition from interview to offer acceptance.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends in tech hiring to advise clients on salary benchmarks.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate candidate and client data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales (Tech background preferred).
- Location: Must be willing to work 100% Remote from the United States.
- Tools: Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated individual who can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
