Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO-optimized recruitment campaigns targeting passive candidates on platforms like LinkedIn and GitHub
- Source technical talent for AI, cloud computing, and full-stack developer roles using Boolean search and Boolean strings
- Optimize job descriptions with SEO keywords to improve candidate conversion rates by 40%+
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate pipelines with data-driven insights
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical requirements and create compelling job ads
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SEO performance to continuously improve sourcing strategies
- Build talent communities through targeted content marketing and technical SEO best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruitment experience with proven SEO implementation in recruitment
- Expertise in Boolean search techniques and candidate sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ)
- Strong understanding of technical SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization
- Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) and recruitment analytics tools
- Portfolio demonstrating successful SEO-driven recruitment campaigns with measurable results
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or related field
- Certification in SEO (e.g., HubSpot, SEMrush) or Technical Recruiting preferred
