- Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain strict confidentiality protocols
- Format and edit documents according to client specifications
- Meet daily productivity targets with 98%+ accuracy
- Collaborate with quality assurance team for continuous improvement
- Utilize specialized transcription software and digital tools
- Adhere to industry-specific formatting guidelines (AAMT, BOS)
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years medical transcription experience
- Credential (CMT, RHDS) preferred but not required
- Proficient in typing (65+ WPM) with exceptional grammar skills
- Deep knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
- Experience with EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner) preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
