Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone, chat, and email for hardware/software issues
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems and system malfunctions
- Install, configure, and maintain virtual desktop infrastructure
- Document all support tickets and maintain accurate knowledge base entries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in remote IT support or helpdesk roles
- Proficiency with Windows, macOS, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, VPN, and security protocols
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High-speed home internet connection required
