Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for enterprise systems and customer inquiries during night shift
- Monitor network infrastructure, servers, and cloud services for performance issues
- Document incident reports, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with global teams during escalation protocols for critical incidents
- Conduct scheduled maintenance tasks and system backups during low-traffic hours
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection standards
- Train junior staff on support procedures and knowledge base resources
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
- Proficiency with Windows/Linux systems, networking fundamentals, and cloud platforms
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent experience required
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote access tools
- Ability to lift 20 lbs for equipment maintenance tasks
