Responsibilities
- Provide Technical Assistance: Resolve customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- System Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to our software and hardware systems efficiently.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and technical issues in our CRM database.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the support team during overlapping weekend shifts.
- Process Improvement: Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to our support protocols.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure every customer feels valued and supported throughout their interaction.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support or technical help desk roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic understanding of networking concepts.
- Availability: Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (Rotating shifts).
